How do I create my organization workspace?
After ALAMIN AI team onboards you, you will be guided through a setup flow to create your organization, define your departments, users and configure your performance structure.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
Can I invite team members to my workspace?
Yes. Go to Settings inside your workspace and use the Members section to invite colleagues by email. You can assign roles such as Admin, Manager, Department Head, or Employee.
What are KPIs and how do I add them?
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are measurable values that track progress toward goals. You can add KPIs from the KPIs section in your workspace, linking them to departments, owners, and targets.
How do AI agents work in ALAMIN?
ALAMIN AI agents continuously monitor your KPIs, objectives, and tasks. They surface risks, generate recommendations, and prepare leadership summaries — without requiring manual review cycles.
Is my company data secure?
Yes. Each organization's data is fully isolated using tenant-level security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sensitive credentials never appear in client code.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email us at admin@alamin-ai.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request' and we will process it within 7 business days.
Which platforms does ALAMIN support?
ALAMIN AI is available as iOS, Android and a web app at alamin-ai.com.
